The magical number seven, plus or minus two, refers to the capacity of our short-term memory.
Sometimes I post about science & literature & culture & whatnot.
But mostly, pictures of puppies, babies, and food and other random things that nobody else would care about will be posted ad nauseam.
Sorry.
You can holler at me here: sevenplusminustwo@gmail.com
I have another, wordier tumblr here.
I also post really awesome things with some snarky, sexy ladies over here.

On her and Ryan’s plan for New Year’s: “We’re working. On New Year’s Day, at least. So, probably not much. You know, pizza would be nice. A little champagne. Maybe watch the Twilight Zone marathon. That’s always a favorite for me… Going from one party to the next and surfing to find the right thing, and being in a taxicab when the clock strikes — I’m so over that stuff. At the ripe old age of 25. I have the most fun when I’m surrounded by people I love in one place that’s comfortable and we can hear each other. You can play card games, watch movies, I’m happy. So, you can find me at da club with a bottle full of bub is what I’m trying to say.”

I wish TONY would let me cancel my subscription without having to call them. I mean, really? A call?
I’m prettty sure I have better things to do besides go through Cyanide and Happiness’s history. Pretty sure.
This is absolutely ridiculous. I, for one, would have been one of those students who probably would not have been able to afford to go to school if I needed to pay for my transportation to and from school (and Downstate, eventually) on a daily basis. Yeah, times were really that rough back then and yeah, this really is just so frickin ridiculous.
How do students end up with free cards anyway? Is it an automatic process based on the distance between your residence and your school? Because if that’s the case, why not just make everyone apply for a free Metrocard much in the same way that low-income families need to apply for Medicaid, or free school lunches?
Jesus frickin Christ, MTA!
Oh and speaking of the craptacular MTA, guess who was half an hour late to work yesterday because the D decided to take a 20-minute nap at 36th St? And guess who was right on time for work today even though she left half an hour earlier because the 6 was being a stupendous slow crowded pain in the ass?
Yeah.
@fetafete - and yet this doesn’t freak you out?

James Yuill - This Sweet Love
I don’t know how it is that I came to have this song saved to my personal hard drive at work but here it is. And it sounds good! I have no idea who this man is either but a quick google search yielded some pretty nifty results.
He has another song called Left-Handed Girl which I also like a lot.
Clearly it was fate’s work that this mp3 ended up on my computer…
